  1. Stupidosaur,

Though I can guess, but am not sure what you mean through this post. But somehow, it reminded me of a love story I'd read by Eric Segal 'Acts of Faith'. After finishing the story, I tried to describle the state of my mind to myself and all I could understand was "I've got so saturated of emotions, that I could feel no more of them!" I'd felt that numb, that depersonalized. Everything around me that I felt was dilute and insignificant as compared to the emotions that story could evoke. And it did deal with the fragility and sturdiness of life! :)

Don't know if I read it again, would I find it similarly intense or manipulatively crass! But you may take your chances if you've not read it yet.

As an aside, once I used to have a yahoo id--fragile_diamond_forever.

Now I've since long stopped using it. No wonder, a few thought the ID belonged to a female!

    TC.

however things may seem to fall apart so easily, we survive the grind n life finds a way.. so it's fragile yet sturdy.

errrrrr... would philosopher uncle elaborate sometime???.
